CitiDirect Internet Banking ("CitiDirect") enables me to have direct access to the Account(s) or to effect certain banking transactions (including, without limitation, Secure E-mail which comprises the activation of the transactions listed in the pre-structured electronic instruction form and the transmission of instructions to you, funds transfer and bill payments) by electronic means via the use of personal computers or similar access devices ("Customer Terminal").

The operational rules and general terms and conditions hereunder shall govern my use of CitiDirect. In addition, my operation of my Citibank Account(s) is governed by the applicable Account Terms and Conditions of Citibank. In the event of any inconsistency between the aforesaid operational rules and general terms and conditions, and the applicable Account Terms and Conditions, the operational rules and general terms and conditions shall prevail.

The words "you", "your" and "yours" refer to Citibank N.A., Singapore Branch. The words "I", "me", "my", "mine" refer to the person(s) who opened one or more Citibank Account(s) with you, and include (i) such authorised signatories of mine as appointed by me in the Account Opening Application or under any letter of authority or board resolution duly signed by me and received by you; and (ii) such persons (other than such authorised signatories) using my Citicard/Credit Card number or such other number as you may from time to time authorise ("CIN") and Citicard ATM-PIN/Credit Card PIN or such other number as you may from time to time authorise ("ATM-PIN").

The term "Business Day" means Mondays to Fridays, but excludes Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays in Singapore.
