In addition, I should take precautions to protect my personal identification information such as my CIN and ATM-PIN etc.. This information by itself or together with information on my Citibank Account(s) may allow unauthorised access to and/or operation of my Citibank Account(s). It is my responsibility to protect my personal identification information with the same level of care I protect my Citibank Account(s) information.

If I believe that my CIN and/or ATM-PIN may have been lost or stolen, or that someone has transferred or may transfer money from my Citibank Account(s) or otherwise operated my Citibank Account(s) without my permission, I should notify you immediately by calling CitiPhone Banking at (1800) 225-5225.
