- Requirements
So long as I have any eligible Citibank Account(s)
("Eligible Account(s)") as may be determined by you from time to time, and
have been issued with a CIN and ATM-PIN, I may access certain of my
Citibank Account(s) through CitiDirect.
- My CIN and ATM-PIN
Where you in your absolute discretion make CitiDirect
available to me, I shall be allocated an ATM-PIN which you shall notify to
me. I will also be allocated a CIN if I do not already have one. In order
to access CitiDirect, I need to key in my CIN and ATM-PIN into the
Customer Terminal.
I am responsible for keeping my CIN and ATM-PIN
confidential, and I shall not reveal my ATM-PIN and/or CIN to any
unauthorised party and shall take all steps to prevent discovery of my
ATM-PIN by any unauthorised party. For security purposes, it is
recommended that I memorize my CIN and ATM-PIN (instead of recording it
down) and that I change my ATM-PIN regularly. I may change my ATM-PIN from
time to time by using Change ATM-PIN screen within CitiDirect, and you
will be entitled at your absolute discretion to reject any number I select
as my substitute ATM-PIN without giving any reason therefor. In the event
that my ATM-PIN is disclosed or discovered by any unauthorised party, I
shall immediately change my ATM-PIN in the aforesaid
manner.
