Will I be able to print details of my Account Information?
Yes. When you view your Account Activity, Account Summary or Account Details, there is a "Print Record" option at the bottom of the screen. To print, simply click on "Print Record".

This will bring you a new page detailing your account information. Click on the "File" menu at the top of your screen, and then click on "Print".

Is there a quick and easy way to print a summary of my transactions?
Yes. All you have to do is click on "Summary Record" at the top of your CitiDirect screen. You can do this any time during your CitiDirect session. To print, go to the File menu at the top of the screen and click on "Print".

I want a printed record but have accidentally signed off. Will I still be able to print a summary?
CitiDirect allows you print a summary of your transactions anytime during your session, as well as at the end of your session.

When you click on "Sign-Off" at the top of the screen, there will be message asking if you'd like to exit the secure CitiDirect session. After you click on OK, there will be another message asking you if you'd like a summary of your transactions. If you'd like to have a print-out, just click on OK.
