Yes, I Am an existing Citibank Customer
CIN and ATM PIN — To access CitiDirect, you will need your 16-digit Citicard Identification Number (CIN) found on your Citicard as well as your 4-digit ATM PIN. Together they are your security passwords into CitiDirect.

You will also need to have the following (at its minimum):

  • Personal computer — Pentium 133 Mhz 
  • Modem — 28.8 kbps (for better results, use a 56 kbps modem) 
  • Operating system — Windows 95/98 or Windows NT 4.0 
  • Browser — Netscape Communicator 4.0 or higher or Internet Explorer 4.0 or higher 
  • Internet account — an internet account with your local Internet Service Provider (ISP)

You can get a new ATM PIN instantly by calling our 24-Hour CitiPhone Banking at (65) 224-5757. Press '0' to speak to a CitiPhone Officer.
 


To change your ATM PIN, you may either change it on the ATM itself, or through Self-Service Phone Banking by calling (65) 224-5757. Choose your language option by pressing '1' for English or '2' for Chinese. Then press '2' to "Access your account". After you have keyed in your 16-digit CIN (Citicard Identification Number) and 4-digit TPIN (Telephone PIN), press '4' to "Change PIN".  

When calling CitiPhone Banking, remember to have your Citicard on hand as you will need your 16-digit CIN for identity verification and for access to your accounts.
