If you are not using a Japanese operating system, to be able to view Citibank International Personal Banking Website in Japanese, you have to download the appropriate language pack or browser.

- Select a download site near to you, then click Install Now button.
- After download is complete, restart your computer.
- You can now view the Japanese version on your browser.
Microsoft Internet Explorer 3 for Windows 95
- Go to Internet Explorer 3 Language Pack download page.
- Choose language pack: Japanese.
- Click Next button.
- Choose a download site near to you.
- After download is complete, run the downloaded program and then restart your computer.
- You can now view the Japanese version on your browser.
Other versions and platforms
Not all versions and platforms of Netscape and Internet Explorer are able to display Japanese.

Microsoft Global Input Method Editor
- Go to Microsoft Global IME download page.
- Choose product: Microsoft Global IME for Japanese
- Click Next button.
- Choose a download site near to you.
- After download is complete, run the downloaded program and then restart your computer.
- Windows displays the Global IME icon on the task bar whenever Internet Explorer is active.
To write in Japanese characters, click the Global IME icon, select Japanese IME,
and start typing.
